8km Runners

After registering at Sportsworld Crossing please proceed across King Street to the START line on Pioneer Tower Road

  • The 8KM course will take you down the end of Pioneer Tower Road on either paved road or paved trail.
  • At the end of Pioneer Drive you will turn left onto a dirt trail past the pump house.
  • Just after the Pump house you will turn right onto the picturesque will groomed Walter Bean Trail following the Grand River on your left and Deer Ridge Golf Course on your right.
  • Just past the golf course you will find a clearly marked trail on the right, going through a more challenging part of the course, through a wooded areas, with a small boardwalk and a sneaky little hill.
  • Upon existing the trail you will be on Winfred Street
  • Turn Left onto Deer Ridge Drive and take trail right to Pioneer Tower Drive
  • Turn left onto Pioneer Tower Drive and return to Sportsworld Crossing
